Salary Range: Grade 3, SCP 7-8, FTE salary £25,584.00 - £25,992.00, pro rata salary £22,603.46 - £22,963.93
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full Time, Term Time only (37 hours, 39 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks)

Please note:the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

Our successful candidate will support teaching and learning in the science department on a day to day basis as directed by the Head of Department. This will include duties such as organising apparatus and resources prior to lessons, including the construction,assisting with the duties of absent colleagues and ensuring work left by absent teachers is delivered to the classroom, providing support in lessons and where required cover lessons and ensuring the safety and storage of all departmental resources.
