Are you passionate about property management and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our clients dynamic team! This is a permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £28, to £35, annually.
Location:Central Cambridge
Office based, full time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a portfolio of residential properties
2. Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
3. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations ️
4. Handle maintenance requests and coordinate repairs ️
5. Manage lease agreements and renewals
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients
