We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key Pure Player customers and accelerate growth across eCommerce channels. This is a high-impact role with end-to-end responsibility for driving sales performance, building strong retailer partnerships, and shaping the online commercial strategy for some of the UK’s best-loved consumer brands.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class execution, develop joint business plans, and unlock new growth opportunities in a fast-evolving digital retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial relationships and joint business planning with key Pure Player customers.
* Deliver annual sales, profit, and share objectives across eCommerce channels.
* Develop and execute customer-specific growth strategies, optimising digital shelf performance and ROI.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless delivery.
* Negotiate annual terms, promotional plans, and media investments to drive mutual value.
* Champion digital innovation and eCommerce capability across the wider commercial team.
About You
* Strong track record in national account management within FMCG or consumer goods.
* Proven experience managing Pure Player or online retail accounts.
* Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Highly organised with a data-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
* Energetic, results-oriented, and passionate about digital commerce.
