Senior Site Technician (Thomas Alleyne's High School)

We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Senior Site Technician to help keep our school safe, clean, and secure each day. You will focus on maintaining site cleanliness, carry out H&S/Compliance checks, carry out repairs as well as open the premises.
Key Duties
* Carry out repairs and H&S/compliance checks across site
* General cleaning of outdoor areas, litter picking, and waste disposal
* Distributing deliveries and furniture moves
* Ensuring safe access during poor weather (e.g. gritting paths) Opening site daily
About You
Practical, reliable, and self-motivated, Has a can-do attitude and takes a hands-on approach to tasks, Health & Safety aware (training can be provided), Good communication and teamwork skills
