Workshop Controller - Full Time - 40 hours - OTE £57,000

What you'll be doing
* Managing and coordinating productive staff to ensure effective repairs that meet volume, sales, cost, and customer/quality targets.
* Ensuring all Procedural and BS10125 regulations are adhered to.
* Managing customer satisfaction targets and working to improve them.
* Implementing and maintaining 'best practice' and 'lean activities' as instructed by business strategy.
* Achieving and maintaining budget sales and cost targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
* Following all health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring staff utilize safe working practices and monitor PPE use and storage.
* Planning departmental and site productivity through holiday planning, workshop loading, scheduling, and performance management.
* Applying Standard Operating Procedures following policy standards.
* Conducting regular 1-to-1s and quarterly reviews, ensuring ratings are correctly applied.
What you'll need
This is a permanent role reporting to the Production Manager.
