Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in academic advising or student support services in higher education. Familiarity with retention and persistence strategies in undergraduate settings. Demonstrated success in guiding students through academic planning and personal development.
