We are working with an excellent Client who is seeking a highly detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their Sales Team. Your role as Sales Administrator will play key part in supporting both the Sales and Production departments by managing customer orders, quotes and communications. Key Responsibilities as the Sales Administrator: * Manage Customer orders including Customer Quotes and following up with feedback and update accordingly * Print and load Customer Purchase Orders and Quotes into the ERP system * Scan and Maintain digital records of completed Quotes and Orders * Respond promptly to Customer enquiries and delivery update requests * Follow up with Production Teams for delivery details based on Customer requirements * Regularly check and update Customer Portals with Order and Quote information Key Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in Sales Administration * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, Syspro, etc.) * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail What’s on Offer: * Annual Salary circa £25k – £26k * Pension Scheme * 20 Day Holidays plus Bank holidays * Free On-site parking If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
