Hoop Nursing are looking for compassionate and resilient Healthcare Support Workers to join a dedicated and experienced team in Neath Port Talbot supporting adults with complex care needs. As the Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Every day is different – from helping with personal care and daily routines to supporting individuals with social activities, appointments, and developing new skills.
