🚀 (Senior) Sales Account Executive – Europe | AI-Driven Procurement Software

Location: Hybrid / Surrey area (or Remote within Europe)

Salary: £70,000–£90,000 base + bonus

Contract Type: Permanent


We’re looking for a high-performing SaaS Account Executive to join a rapidly growing team shaping the future of AI-powered procurement technology. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, while driving meaningful relationships with enterprise clients across Europe.

You’ll play a key part in positioning our next-generation AI-driven procurement solution as the go-to platform for direct procurement transformation.

🔍 What You’ll Do

* Lead the end-to-end SaaS sales cycle – from lead generation to close.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise accounts.
* Deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM documentation (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

🤝 You’ll Succeed If You Have

* Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
* A strong understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS business models.
* Experience managing multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A self-starter attitude with resilience and drive to win.
* Fluency in English (German is a plus).

🌟 Bonus Points For

* Experience selling into manufacturing or DACH markets.
* Familiarity with direct procurement and SRM solutions (P2P, S2C, Supplier Management).
* Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger Sale.
* Previous experience in high-growth or start-up environments.
