BAR SUPERVISOR - DICKEN'S INN, ST.KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON
Fixed term contract until end of December 2026!
Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour, Full Time (30-40 hrs) roles available.

Shift times between 10 am and 12 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

* Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
* Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is essential for this role.

* Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.

* Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands-on approach.
* Support with day-to-day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
* Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
