Project Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Based in Brentford, West London
Office-based - with the possibility of hybrid after probation
A leading Audio-Visual systems integrator is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Brentford, West London office. This is a pivotal position within the project team, supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including preparing and maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, managing meeting minutes, assisting with budget tracking, and ensuring projects remain on schedule throughout their lifecycle.
Duties for the role:
Follow the standardised process of projects set by the Head of Projects
Assist with the lifecycle of small to medium-sized projects
Organise the resources for Security and Audio-Visual projects
Manage the client relationship for each project
Creating Project documentation that aligns with the Project processes
Ensuring projects remain in budget and are profitable
Regularly report progress reports to the head of Projects
Assisting the Head of Projects with administrative tasksExperience required for the Project Coordinator:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a project management-related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of security and audio-visual disciplines
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
Approachable, friendly, and supportive team player
