Building Maintenance Engineer Kingston My client is currently recruiting for a building maintenance engineer based in their site in Kingston. You will have electrical or mechanical qualification as well as experience in commercial maintenance. Sector: Education Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance including changing lamps/lights, emergency light test's, changing damaged socket cases, plant checks on pumps, motors, general plumbing duties and well as working with colleagues, escorting sub-contractors general paperwork. Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Salary is up to 40K with 1 in 9 call out £300.00 for being on call and money is called out as well as company benefits.
