This role is offered by ESD recruitment on behalf of a growing NASC‑accredited scaffolding contractor based in London. The Scaffolding Contracts Director will oversee a portfolio of scaffolding projects across London and the South East and lead a team of contract managers, supervisors and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from tender through to completion
* Manage and lead teams of contract managers, supervisors, and site personnel
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Maintain strong client relationships and manage key accounts
* Oversee commercial performance and ensure compliance with NASC standards
* Provide regular reports and updates to company directors
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role at Contracts Manager/Director level
* Strong operational, commercial, and leadership skills
* In‑depth knowledge of scaffolding regulations and industry best practices
* CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card or equivalent preferred
* Based in or able to commute to London
