Inside Sales Representative / Inside Sales Executive / Technical Sales Coordinator required to join a growing industrial equipment manufacturer based in Daphne, supporting customers and sales teams across the pump and fluid handling industry.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in administrative sales support, internal sales, or customer service. You’ll coordinate quotes, process orders, manage communication, and keep internal systems up to date — ensuring a smooth and professional sales process from start to finish.
We're looking for someone organised, tech-savvy, and customer-focused who enjoys being the key person behind the scenes keeping everything running on time.

Inside Sales Representative / Inside Sales Executive / Technical Sales Coordinator Role:
* Provide administrative and sales support to the external sales team and customers.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Manage customer communications and track enquiries through CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
* Handle general admin tasks including data entry, order processing, purchase orders, and document control.
* Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems to support sales reporting and customer activity tracking.
* Schedule follow-ups, maintain sales pipelines, and assist in preparing reports for management.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
* Act as the internal point of contact for customer updates, technical questions (with support), and logistics queries.
* Support continuous improvements in admin and sales processes to drive internal efficiency.
Inside Sales Representative / Inside Sales Executive / Technical Sales Coordinator Requirements:
* Experience in admin sales support, internal sales, project coordination, or customer service, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), or similar CRM tools is essential.
* Strong administrative skills, including order entry, document control, and task tracking.
* Confident communicator, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and platforms.
* Must be commutable to Daphne.
