Shaping exceptional early years practice – one educator at a time
At London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), our purpose is simple and powerful: changing the world one child at a time.
We do this by delivering high‑quality, research‑informed early years education across our nurseries, and by supporting and developing the educators who make that possible every day. Central to this is a strong, shared pedagogy that is lived and breathed across our organisation.
That’s where our Pedagogy Coach comes in. This is a pivotal role supporting the high‑quality delivery of the LEYF Pedagogy across our nurseries. You’ll work closely with nursery‑based teams and central colleagues to embed consistent, reflective and ambitious practice, aligned with LEYF’s values, philosophy and social enterprise approach.
You’ll be a trusted coach, role model and critical friend – working on the floor alongside teams, designing and delivering meaningful professional learning, and translating research and policy into confident, high‑quality practice.
If you’re passionate about pedagogy, love developing others, and are motivated by making a real impact on children’s experiences through educator growth, this could be a great fit.
