Installer Account Manager (German Speaking) - Energy Storage Systems
Manchester (with flexibility for some travel in the UK and Europe)

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our network of installers across a designated region.
Installer Relationship Sales Management – You will work closely with our existing German and European installer base to help them maximise their sales potential. You will develop a deep understanding of your assigned market, competitive landscape, national & local funding schemes and use this intelligence to support our installer to win more business and drive more sales. Through consultation and technical pre-sales support, you will provide the necessary guidance to enhance their understanding of how and when to sell GivEnergy products.
Expanding the Installer Network – You will actively grow our regional network of German and European installers through cold calling, marketing initiatives, and other creative outreach efforts. Installer Relationship Management
• Identify and onboard new installers, supporting their journey with GivEnergy.
• Business Growth Support
• Work closely with installers to help them increase their sales and win more projects.
• Provide commercial guidance, sales strategies, and best practices to enhance their success.
• Support installers in creating compelling proposals and securing more quotes.
• Deliver installer training and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve their expertise.
Provide feedback to the GivEnergy team on product enhancements, training needs, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that support installer growth.
Professional C1/C2 level of verbal and written German.
• Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales role.
• A background in a fast-paced, high-output environment such as recruitment or telesales.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to help businesses grow.
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
• Full training will be provided, but a strong understanding of solar PV, battery storage, and energy solutions is desirable.
• Experience with the renewable energy, electrical, or related industry is desirable.
