We are instructed by a London based law firm that is seeking to recruit an associate level lawyer for its established Corporate team. We would like to see applications from London based lawyers who have circa 4-6 years' PQE. Experience should be focused towards private M&A, however, experience of joint ventures and broader commercial matters would be beneficial.
