You will help them take small steps each day towards success in school. Your Role Will Include: Assisting pupils during lessons and school activities. Encouraging children to take part and try their best. Giving extra help to those who may find learning harder. Working closely with the teacher to meet each student’s needs. Being a positive role model and offering calm support. You Will Need: Some experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable. A warm, kind, and respectful approach. The ability to listen, be patient, and work as part of a team. A good attitude and willingness to learn new things.
