It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service while using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day will involve communicating with customers via telephone, email, and website requests. You will manage inbound and outbound calls to regional customers from our offices.
You’ll handle an order from inquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers. Managing hire contract administration accurately and promptly will also be part of your responsibilities. You should enjoy planning, organizing, and working in a busy, friendly team environment.

* Proven experience in customer service or administration
* Exceptional communication skills, including negotiation and influence
* The ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
