The Role & Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant, you will focus on managing the recruitment process for active client roles while partnering closely with the highly successful account manager.
Your role will include:
* Managing live IT/Tech vacancies from brief through to placement
* Sourcing and engaging IT & technical professionals across multiple channels
* Conducting structured interviews and candidate assessments
* Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
* Coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer processes
* Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM
* Providing a high-quality, professional candidate experience
Skills & Experience
This role will suit someone who brings:
* 1–5 years’ experience in recruitment 360 or delivery/resourcing (IT preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence managing multiple roles in a fast-moving environment
