Role Overview
The Project Kuiper North America Consumer team is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager. This role involves defining regional business requirements and enhancing customer experiences. You will have significant ownership in identifying customer needs, launching new features, and shaping customer interactions. Collaboration will be key, working closely with teams across GTM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Global Planning and Operations, Customer Service, and Field Services.
Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and tech-savvy, with a proven track record in leading new initiatives, especially in consumer products. You should be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment, always aiming to optimize customer experience while balancing business financials.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience for residential broadband services in Canada.
2. Conceptualize, develop, and launch new products, features, and functionalities to delight Canadian consumers.
3. Design the end-to-end customer journey respecting local preferences and regulatory requirements.
4. Analyze customer feedback post-launch to identify pain points and improve experiences.
5. Create comprehensive product strategy documents using diverse data and stakeholder input to justify new features.
6. Draft detailed business requirements to guide product and engineering teams.
7. Collaborate with business, legal, finance, and regulatory teams to bring new features from idea to implementation.
8. Establish yourself as a thought leader on broadband trends, customer behavior, subscriber economics, and growth strategies within Kuiper.
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or related technology experience.
* 5+ years managing business metrics or strategic functions such as P&L, revenue targets, or customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in consumer telecommunications (pay TV, phone, internet) or satellite services.
