We're looking for an ambitious, strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive forward our learner and employer growth across B2B and B2C channels. You’ll bring brand, campaigns, digital and comms together into one powerful, scalable engine.
You’ll report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and lead a growing in-house team of creative, data and digital specialists – including a Senior Multimedia Designer, Multimedia Designer, Marketing Executive, and Web & Data Specialist – with additional freelance and agency support where needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Translate our growth strategy into actionable marketing plans and campaigns
* Lead and manage the delivery of multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, social, content, web)
* Brief and manage in-house creative resource and external suppliers
* Own the marketing calendar, campaign schedules and team workflow (via Monday.com)
* Optimise and report on performance across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other digital channels
* Work with our Web & Data Specialist to ensure accurate tracking and actionable reporting
* Collaborate with sales, delivery and operations to ensure marketing supports the full learner and employer journey
* Lead team meetings, mentor junior staff and create a high-performance, creative culture
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of marketing management experience
* A proven track record delivering performance-driven marketing in B2B and B2C contexts
* Excellent campaign planning and briefing skills
* Strong digital marketing knowledge – paid media (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), CRM, email, organic
* Highly organised, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
* Experience using marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, GA4, and Canva/Adobe
* Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
* Confidence with campaign reporting and performance analysis
* People management and team leadership skills
