You will provide the highest possible standard of service to the Public and the Force by responding to all emergency and non-emergency calls including the provision of advice and assistance, signposting to appropriate information services, recording call information accurately on relevant systems and identifying the level of initial police action that is required. Please note, if you are successful, we hold you on a list for up to 12 months, so you may be waiting a period of time before you receive a training and start date.
