What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* A minimum of 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children with additional needs.
* A driving licence and access to transport, due to the school’s rural location.
* Strong communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
* A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to teaching.
