Role Purpose:
We are seeking a talented, dedicated and driven Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic, expanding team based in Bridport & covering all surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation & delivery of care services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care. This role includes supporting a small team of care workers/clients, rostering carer/clients’ visits, on-call duties shared between other FCS, completing assessments, reviews, spot checks, and writing care plans using PASS & Care Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular field visits to clients’ homes to monitor the quality of care provided.
* Supervise and support a team of care workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Perform risk assessments and reviews of care packages.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Handle any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a care coordinator or supervisor.
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is preferable.
* Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Experience with electronic care planning systems is an advantage.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Experience:
* Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
* Providing care: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving License (preferred)
* NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
