RTS covers all aspects of Traffic Management including consultancy, planning, drawing, and delivery through a national network of service centres. Contracts Manager - South-East Region
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to delivery within the South-East Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, ensuring all works are delivered to a high standard, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency and high standards at all phases.
2. Serve as the primary contact for key customers in the region, conducting site and customer visits to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
3. Ensure all works meet company guidelines and customer specifications.
4. Handle invoicing for completed works, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Address and resolve disputes or issues during the project lifecycle, collaborating with customers and internal teams.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Hours and Salary:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with 30 minutes for lunch (42.5 hours per week).
Salary: £35,000 per annum (to be discussed at interview).
The successful candidate will undergo a 3-month probationary period.
