The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our collaborative Marketing Services team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help deliver marketing and sales objectives across the Pure Unity Health group by executing impactful multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate new client leads. You’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, monitoring and reporting on marketing activity across private clinics, NHS services, and corporate brands. This role suits someone who’s detail‑oriented, creative, data‑driven, and confident juggling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create and deliver multi‑channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across all Pure Unity Health brands, supporting clinic openings, new services, promotions and NHS activity
* Manage organic and paid social media, including creating graphic and video content, monitoring performance and reporting on results
* Maintain and optimise digital platforms, including websites, Google Business Profiles and review platforms (Google and Trustpilot)
* Produce and coordinate marketing collateral (online and offline), working with internal teams, external designers and signage suppliers
* Create and adapt video and digital assets for social media, websites, campaigns and internal communications
* Support content marketing activity such as blogs, email bulletins and internal communications
* Track and report on key digital performance metrics using GA4 and other tools, making recommendations for improvement
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
* 2–5 years’ experience in a Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive role
* Strong understanding of the digital marketing mix
* Paid and organic social media experience (Meta preferred)
* Video filming and editing experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
* Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CapCut
* IT‑literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable
* Healthcare or multi‑brand business experience
* Website CMS experience
* Knowledge of SEO and campaign optimisation techniques
