In this role, you would provide high quality support to college students and liaise with colleagues, and external agencies in order to meet the College’s mission, aims and objectives.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking referrals for learners with additional needs
* The development and writing of Individual Learning Support Plans
* Undertaking 1:1 skills development tutorials
* Liaising with colleagues, parents and external agencies
* Making referrals to external agencies
