Our client, a fast-scaling technology company within the Life Sciences sector is seeking a Business Development Director to join their growing team. The Business Development Director will be able to demonstrate proven experience of selling into Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Director
* Own and drive strategic growth in your Top-Accounts and region, identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners.
* Build trusted client relationships with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and R&D.
* Lead the full commercial cycle - from prospecting to pitching, proposal design, and deal closure.
* Translate client needs into tailored, impactful solutions that integrate our client’s suite of recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence offerings.
* Deliver a consistent flow of high-quality proposals, leveraging internal resources and collaboration with delivery teams.
1. Key Experience for the Business Development Director
* Proven strategic sales & account executive with 7+ years in life sciences, ideally in patient recruitment
* Expert in selling into Clinical Operations or similar functions, with a network of senior-level contacts, ideally in patient recruitment
* Proactive, strategic, persistent, and love building something from the ground up.
* Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact, autonomy, and innovation.
