As a Senior AssociateinPayroll within our Outsourcing team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic payroll department. In this fast-paced position, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, handling high-volume payroll processes on varying cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the busy payroll department.
* High volume payroll process on varying cycles for your own portfolio of clients in a fast-paced role
* Provide comprehensive advice to clients in relation to payroll queries.
* Working to deadlines
* Manual calculations
* Ensuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set, for example Pension Contributions and employee payments.
* Manual calculations
* Pensions & HMRC Submissions
* Shares knowledge and experience with junior team members, providing training and support when required.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
* Full end-to-end payroll experience, including manual calculations and standard deductions.
* Proficiency in UK Payroll Legislation and Auto-Enrolment for pensions.
* Strong interpersonal skills for client and internal stakeholder communication.
* Experience maintaining client relationships and liaising with HMRC and third-party providers.
* Competence in Excel.
* Minimum 3-4 years of payroll bureau experience.
* Previous experience with Iris Payroll Professional and BrightPay.
* CIPP Qualification preferred.

* Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office based)
* Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
