We are now seeking an Operations & Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business as we continue to scale. The Role This is a varied graduate or early-career role combining operations, administration, onboarding support, and social media coordination. You will work closely with senior leadership to help ensure SENbrooks internal systems remain organised, onboarding processes run smoothly, and social media communications are delivered consistently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain broad commercial experience within a growing organisation rather than a purely marketing-focused position. Key Responsibilities Manage SENbrooks social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook Schedule and publish approved content in line with company guidelines Maintain consistent online presence and professional brand messaging Maintain internal databases, trackers and operational records Support tutor and parent onboarding administration processes Input and organise company data accurately across internal systems Monitor incoming enquiries and escalate where appropriate Assist with preparation of reports, documents and presentations Maintain organised digital filing systems Provide administrative support to senior leadership Support basic website and online content updates where required Assist with general operational tasks as the organisation grows Candidate Experience We welcome applications from graduates or early-career candidates who can demonstrate: Experience managing or supporting social media platforms through university, internships, part-time work or personal projects Strong organisational or administrative experience Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or Canva Experience updating online content or digital platforms (training provided where needed) Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Strong written communication skills and professional digital awareness What We Offer Highly competitive graduate salary (£26k£30k) Work bonuses such as an early Friday finish Direct exposure to business operations and leadership Opportunity to grow into senior operational roles Supported Professional Development Long-term career development within a growing organisation Safeguarding SENbrook is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
