Sales Negotiator Opportunity
Responsibilities
* Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
* Focusing on generating new and repeat business
* Canvassing the local area
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
* Attention to detail
* Must have access to your own vehicle and proof of business insurance for the vehicle
* Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport, Birth Certificate)
* Proof of address, National Insurance, Driver’s Licence Check
