Main responsibilities
* Bids and tenders: Coordinate the DAT's input into bids and tenders; collaborate with the central bids team to ensure high-quality, tailored digital messaging; proactively seek opportunities for DAT involvement; track, report and measure the success of DAT involvement in bids and tenders; maintain a library of reusable content and success stories.
* Gateway to Growth: Advocate and train to become an expert user of Dynamics, the firm\'s new CRM for regular reporting of bids, tenders and opportunities; represent the DAT\'s needs and ensure smooth integration of Dynamics; coordinate with change champions and sponsoring partners; monitor and report data from Dynamics in partnership with the data and infrastructure hub; project manage DAT\'s role in the firm-wide CRM implementation; support change management, training, and communications from a digital perspective where appropriate.
* GTIL and International member firms: Act as the main liaison for the DATs and GTUKs involvement in international digital initiatives; coordinate with global stakeholders and track project progress; support knowledge sharing and collaboration across member firms.
* Project management of key projects and stakeholders: Model a growth mindset aligned with the firm\'s vision for the Digital Audit Team and the wider Audit Practice; manage and coordinate multiple senior stakeholders across projects; seek and share regular feedback; engage with stakeholders to ensure reporting on digital and growth is fit for purpose and adds value; support engagement with product owners to ensure requirements are met; monitor milestones and provide regular leadership updates; drive collaboration across DAT to keep Growth at the forefront of projects.
Qualifications and attributes
* Audit experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Proactive approach with the ability to manage own time in a fast-paced team and handle multiple tasks with changing deadlines
* Strong communication skills, including influencing at senior levels
* Experience in business development or working on audit bids and tender opportunities (desirable)
* Digital mindset and willingness to champion digital tools and technology
* Experience presenting to internal teams and external clients
* Experience in analysing data to aid decision making
* Curiosity to develop knowledge and broaden networks
* Desire to learn and master new systems and processes (e.g., Azure DevOps)
