Join Christchurch Engine Centre as a Project Engineer to develop and implement technical processes for PW1100G-JM Geared Turbofan engine maintenance capability.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
* Draft technical work instructions and procedures using PFMEA and review of Key Product Characteristics (KPC) in compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards.
* Create equipment calibration and maintenance manuals, including schedules to support long-term reliability and compliance.
* Review and interpret technical documentation, OEM manuals, standards, and drawings to ensure accuracy and clarity of work instructions and manuals.
* Conduct process try-outs and validation in collaboration with technicians, refining instructions and processes as needed.
* Collaborate with engineers, technicians, project leads, and management to ensure smooth introduction of GTF capability.
* Assist with commissioning and integration of new tooling and equipment related to the GTF introduction.

* Preferred qualifications include BE(Hons) or BEngTech with Production or Industrial focus, BSc in a relevant science, Graduate Diploma in Project Management, or other relevant technical or process-focused tertiary qualifications.
