Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience, we are problem solvers in engineering and infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
This role is within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts provide a comprehensive solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team and other departments, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
* Document Management: Organise and maintain company records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible for audits and internal use.
* Customer and Supplier Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling enquiries, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, project progress, and other relevant metrics for the management team.
* Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs and ensure seamless operations.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within engineering, technology, or industrial sectors.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
* Experience with document management systems.
* A proactive and flexible approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
