An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 specialist nurse within the Parkinson's Disease team. Recent and relevant experience in Parkinson's Disease is essential.

Main duties of the job
Purpose Of The Role:
* Deliver specialist, evidence-based, patient-centred care for individuals with Parkinson's Disease.
* Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Act as a resource for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
* Support education, training, and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical assessment and care planning.
* Communication with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Service development and policy contribution.
* Participation in research, audit, and quality improvement.
* Physical and emotional resilience in challenging environments.
