Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in St Ives for a New House Build professional. The role involves managing and overseeing all phases of residential construction, from site preparation to final inspection. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project timelines and budgets. The candidate will also be expected to maintain compliance with all safety and building regulations.
