Job Title: Car Sales Executive

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
Location: Lexus Edgware, London
Salary: £20,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £55,000 - 60,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 18:00, with one fixed weekday off. Saturday (09:00 17:00) / Sunday (10:00 16:00). You will alternate between Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Company car provided
Guaranteed commission paid while on annual leave and training

What Youll Do as a Car Sales Executive: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through authenticity, warmth, and professional service

Take time to understand each customers lifestyle and preferences before recommending a vehicle or finance solution

Deliver clear, transparent information throughout the sales journey from first enquiry to vehicle handover

Present Lexus vehicles and additional products (such as service plans and insurance) with integrity and enthusiasm

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Meet and exceed achievable personal and team objectives while upholding Lexus standards of excellence

Ensure full compliance with manufacturer and regulatory guidelines

Deliver a seamless, five-star experience that reflects the values of the Lexus brand

Who Were Looking For: Previous automotive sales / car sales executive experience is essential

A personable, professional communicator who values honesty, integrity, and respect

Naturally engaging, with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solution

Confident, articulate, and proactive, with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated yet collaborative able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Comfortable working towards goals without compromising customer trust

A full UK driving licence is required
