Pay: Up to £35.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Overview
Join Bradford Children and Families Trust as a Senior Social Worker in the Fostering Supervising Team 4. You will play a vital role in supporting and supervising foster carers to provide safe, nurturing environments for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support foster carers to ensure children's welfare and development needs are met
* Conduct assessments, reviews, and visits in line with statutory requirements
* Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes
* Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and case files
* Attend office for specific tasks or team days as required by the service needs
* Embrace hybrid working-balance between remote work and in-person collaboration
