Meridian are working with a growing M&E contractor across Wales, South-west England, and Midlands who are growing their maintenance team and are looking to bring in aMulti-Skilled Engineer to work on contracts around the Hampshire and Dorset area. The role will come with plenty of additional earning potential, and you will be joining a well-established, growing M&E contractor who work on various commercial projects across those regions.

Requirements for this role:
* Recognised, industry-standard qualification (e.g Mechanical CSCS, JIB PMES, Electrical JIB card etc.)
* Previous FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projects
* Full UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this role
* Experience with BMS controls and ideally basic M&E building services knowledge
* Desirable M&E qualifications include BS7671 (18th Ed.), F-Gas, HVAC qualifications, commercial gas certifications, 2391 Inspection & Testing
* IPAF & PASMA are desirable but not essential
Duties include (but are not exclusive to):
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
* Fault finding on building services plant and equipment
* Electrical maintenance (lighting, power, emergency lighting, basic fault finding)
* Mechanical maintenance (pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pipework, valves)
* HVAC maintenance and filter changes
* Basic plumbing works
* Fabric maintenance (doors, locks, minor repairs)
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and H&S standards
* Complete job reports via CAFM system
* Liaise with clients and site contacts
* Participate in on-call rota (if required)
