Job Title: Rail Compliance & Sentinel Co-Ordinator Role Summary: Provide administrative and compliance support to the Rail Division, ensuring accurate and timely processing of candidate registrations, training records, health & safety documentation, and Sentinel sponsorship activities. This role plays a key part in helping the Rail Division maintain compliance with industry standards and company procedures while supporting workforce safety and competency. Key Responsibilities: Assist with candidate registration and ensure documentation meets compliance standards Input and manage records in the ADAPT and Sentinel systems Conduct Sentinel pre-sponsorship checks and manage sponsorship agreements Process medical and drug & alcohol test results; maintain health assessment records Manage additions and removals on Sentinel, including sub-sponsor requests Monitor and log work hours for fatigue reviews and complete annual suitability checks Maintain training records, equipment checks, and safety briefings Coordinate and track acknowledgement of regular and ad hoc safety briefings Handle team communications, meeting minutes, and general administration Act as Sentinel Co-Ordinator when required Reporting To: Rail HSQE Manager Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience in compliance, rail industry, or recruitment Familiarity with Sentinel Scheme and competency systems Strong organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills Able to manage a busy workload independently and as part of a team Good numeracy and attention to detail; office/admin qualification preferred IRCOY
