Lettings Manager
Shipways, part of Connells Group, is looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to launch and grow our brand-new residential lettings team in Castle Bromwich.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager or Estate Agency Branch Manager ready to take the next step in their property career.

The Role of Lettings Manager
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, growth and day-to-day running of the residential lettings branch. You will lead from the front, win new business, support valuations, grow the property register and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and developing a successful lettings team
2. Winning new instructions and generating business opportunities
3. Conducting lettings valuations and converting instructions
4. Growing market share across Castle Bromwich, Birmingham and surrounding areas
5. Coaching, motivating and performance managing team members
6. Delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
7. Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
What We’re Looking For
8. Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or senior lettings professional
9. Strong estate agency or residential lettings background
10. Proven track record in winning new business and hitting targets
11. Strong leadership and people management skills
12. Excellent customer service and communication skills
13. Organised, driven and commercially focused
14. Full UK driving licence
