We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to support two ladies and one gentleman, aged between their 30s and 50s, who are passionate about making a positive impact and enjoy helping others achieve their best outcomes.
You'll engage in activities such as playing bingo, attending walking groups, swimming, and gym sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide full personal care support
* Administer medication
* Update support plans using IT
* Promote independence
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Patience and empathy
* Inclusivity and respect for others
* Adaptability and resilience
* Ability to work well in a team (3 staff members on duty at one time)
