The Role
This internship is designed for undergraduate students currently studying Human Resources or a related discipline who are looking to develop practical, hands-on experience in HR administration. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery.
Start Date: June 2026
Duration: 2 months
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across all areas of the employee lifecycle from induction to exit interviews.
* Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting job advertisements, coordinating applications, and scheduling interviews
* Support onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination of inductions
* Prepare standard HR documentation, including reviews and letters
* Maintain HR systems, databases, and filing systems with a high level of accuracy
* Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
* Respond to routine HR queries and escalate where appropriate
* Contribute to ongoing HR projects and process improvements
* Assisting with staff engagement activities
Essential Requirements
* Highly detail-oriented and organised with excellent time management.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities with excellent attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
