We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our Commercial Finance team, supporting the Trading function as their business partner.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving performance across our trading categories by providing insightful analysis, challenging assumptions, and supporting decision-making with robust financial expertise.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partnering with the Trading team to provide financial insight and analysis on sales, margin and promotional performance.
* Identifying risks, opportunities and trends, helping shape trading decisions to deliver growth and profitability.
* Building strong relationships with commercial stakeholders to ensure finance is embedded in day-to-day decision making.
* Supporting the development of category strategies by providing forward-looking analysis and scenario modelling.
* Driving continuous improvement in processes and analysis within Commercial Finance

About you

* A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), with strong commercial acumen.
* The confidence & ability to challenge non-finance stakeholders to deliver the right end-results
* A strong communicator, able to build trusted relationships and influence non-finance colleagues
* Resilience and the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
* Confident in analysing complex data, with the ability to turn it into clear, actionable insight
* Proactive, curious and solutions-focused – always looking for ways to add value.
