Main duties of the job
* Warmly welcoming clientsto our clinics, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
* Efficiently registering clientsand scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
* Supporting the smooth operationof our clinics across nine locations: Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark, and Sherwood.
* Maintaining accurate and organized client notesto ensure seamless results management.
