As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and improving the delivery of essential healthcare services to the local community.

Job Description:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare services department.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and provide leadership and support.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
* Monitor and evaluate service performance and implement necessary improvements.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs;
* Management experience, leading and developing teams.
Desired Criteria:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse would be ideal but not required.
