Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will be pivotal in helping students across Key Stages 3 and 4 develop a solid foundation in mathematics. You’ll create and deliver lessons that are engaging, challenging, and accessible to students of all abilities, making Maths both relevant and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, focusing on student progress and engagement
* Tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students
* Foster a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment
* Provide constructive feedback and support to promote academic improvement
* Prepare students for GCSE exams through careful and effective planning
* Contribute to curriculum development and share best practices with colleagues
* Track student progress and work with parents and senior staff as needed
* Participate in extracurricular activities, school clubs, and community events
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Maths
* Creative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A commitment to professional development and continuous learning
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
