Responsibilities
* Responsible for the operational day‑to‑day management, delivering services to the highest quality that meet internal and external requirements, with residents at the centre of the philosophy.
* Ensure a safe and stimulating environment, promoting dignity, respect and the fulfilment of potential in line with National Care Standards.
* Drive business performance and quality of care.
* Provide support and professional supervision to care and nursing staff.
* Uphold the business values, aims and objectives.
* Manage large teams through established leadership skills.
* Demonstrate empathy, engage team members, and collaborate with residents, families and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven management experience at a similar level.
* NMC registered (desirable but not essential).
* Solid experience delivering elderly and dementia care in a medium to large care home setting.
* Experience delivering against key performance indicators, including positive resident outcomes, Care Inspectorate compliance, sales, leadership, and financial management.
* Train and supervise staff.
* Ensure confidentiality regarding all aspects of care and home management.

Salary: £65,000 per annum + overtime rates + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
