Role: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a global engineering team, designing and developing innovative electrical systems for specialist equipment.

The Role:
* Design and develop electrical schematics, harnesses, and panel layouts to industry standards.
* Produce technical documentation including design specifications, parts lists, and maintenance components.
* Conduct simulations and analyses to verify designs and specify components.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design solutions.
* Support integration of electrical systems with PLC software engineers.
* Develop electrical testing methods and validate finished products.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The Requirements:
* HND or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or relevant experience).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical design.
* Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or EPLAN).
* Experience with electrified powertrain or off-road electrical systems.
* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical drawing skills.
